ComScore and Intelienz made public, on July 13, the results extracted from the report. This was based on the Mobile Metrix tool . Its main observations were the following:
Occupying second place in Latin America, after Brazil, Mexico is in second position when it comes to Snapchat use, with 3 million unique users .
The generation of the famous Millennials , as well as the new Generation Z, use the ghost social network over others such as Pinterest and Twitter... It seems that the fact that videos and images disappear as if by magic has its advantages!
Despite being ahead of Pinterest and Twitter, we must recognize that it is also behind others such as WhatsApp (absolute leader, with 38 million users), or others such as YouTube, Facebook, Messenger.com, Google+, Instagram or Skout .
60 % of “Snapchaterian” users are between 6 and 14 years old, 23% between 15 and 24 years old, and only 16% between 25 and 34 years old.
In addition to the age range, we can assure you that, for the most part (62%) the use of the network is done by the female gender ; between 18 and 24 years old.
